Trouble with Access

Some of our readers have complained that they cannot access pages in The Writer's Gallery. We have a number of theories as to why, however, we have a suggestion to make if you are encountering this problem.

When you witness the problem, you should be able to see (usually at the bottom of your browser) the name of the page the link is attempting to make connection to.

For instance, if you click on a link to a story "xyz", there may be a link like:

   /short/fabiano/xyz.html

This is a valid reference, however, if it doesn't work, try typing into your "location" or "address" field:

  http://www.writersg.com/short/fabiano/xyz.html

This may help you find the page you want. If this doesn't work for you, then well, we are at a loss to help. Complain to your internet provider, ask if they are using a proxy server, and if they are, ask them why you are having this problem. If they believe it is something we are doing wrong, have them write to us!
