Natural Angels

-
Unto my willows, weep
Where natural angels play
To tease, to kiss, to take and keep
Mr. Lackadaisical sun's shiny rays
Reflect their opal-glinting wings
And the rosy cherub faces
Nymphs, Dryads - tiny naked playful things
Basking in the blue brook's watery graces
They embraced in arm and song
To laugh, to play, to share and love
But when I arrived they all had gone
